Ticket statuses request

It will be cool to add custom ticket statuses or customize the existing ones as we're limited to building our workflows.

Hi Anton,
 
Right now, there's no way to add custom ticket statuses within the system status field.
 
A workaround for this is for you to create a custom ticket field where you and your agents can specify the custom ticket status according to your workflow.
