This in-depth, Certification Prep & Practice Workshop will prepare you for taking a Zendesk certification exam right from the comfort of your desk. This workshop was developed for those who have hands-on experience completing day-to-day operational tasks needed to manage a Zendesk instance. Work with Zendesk experts to take a closer look at the more challenging topics, question formats and methodology so you can boost your score on the exam.
