Macros dependant on ticket brand

Hi,

I need to make macros mandatory when people are creating tickets with a specific brand - meaning that as soon as they select the brand the macro will apply and they will not be able to submit the ticket without it.

As it turns out, restricting Macro by brand is not natively available in Zendesk it's only limited to Group, All agents and personal macros. I have checked the link you have provided, and it seems it's a feature request. My suggestion is to upvote on that request so that it will drive the demand even more. 
 
You can also explore our Marketplace to determine if there's any third party app that can also serve the same purpose. Lastly, you can also contact our paid professional services through this link and have developers from Zendesk that can build custom codes for you according to your needs.
