How to get notified by email or on Slack that a requester solved their ticket?

Hi,
I sometimes miss when a ticket is updated to solved by the requester as It disappears from my to-do view.
I'd like to set up a slack notification or an email when a ticket = solved by the requester.
Can you please explain to me how to do it?

How does the requester solve it (what channel)?
Only conditions I can find to do that are "Update via (chat, web form, etc.)" and "Status" changed to Solved.
