Chat Bot: Cant give welcome text in social media

when we use Bot in Social media, When client DM it search DM text instead of offering Bot Flow.

    Same Problem here not able to do chat bot on social media correctly. I need a way to capture same as web chat minimum data email and full name, If somebody have experience on bots on Social media conversational channels please help
