Please could we add a user's phone number as an identifier as well as the email?
A large number of our users are WhatsApp only and we have to continuously merge users when new tickets come through, despite bulk pre-loading their contact details. This takes time and user ticket history may be missed if merge was not done.
Added to that, the lack of data collection in the social messaging bot means we cannot ask for the email address in a form to automatically pick it up.
