Make Guide/Gather "Permalink" option automatically copy the URL

Feature Request Summary: 

The "Permalink" option on Help Center/Community articles, posts, and comments should be changed to "Copy link", and selecting it should copy the URL to the clipboard without an additional step of clicking a "Copy" button in a popup as happens now. Once you select "Copy link", a popup should just inform the user that the link has been copied to their clipboard.

Description/Use Cases: 

The only reason I can think of to select "Permalink" is to copy the link, so having to do an additional step via mouse/trackpad to confirm the copy in a popup seems unnecessary and just slows down the process. It would be a small time-saver for anyone who uses the feature, but it would save time every time.

Business impact of limitation or missing feature:

Copying links is slower and more cumbersome than it needs to be, resulting in decreased agent/moderator/end-user efficiency.
