Creating a filter for emails coming from a EU domain (@example.co.uk)
My organization is looking to filter all emails that come from EU domains so we can automatically assign them to our UK team.
I didn't find any options that would enable this. Any recommendations?
I am not sure how well this would work.
But you could try creating triggers based on the requester's time zone. Unfortunately, the requester's domain is not an available option.
Meet ALL conditions:
- Ticket is created
Meet ANY conditions:
- Time Zone is London
- Time Zone is Paris
- Assign to group Europe
This setting looks at the timezone of the sender?
