  Thanks Tipene for the response, I was able to upload private app but i want to make it public app which i can use from any account. Can you please help me in that?

  Thanks for clarifying, Amit. Just to be clear, are you wanting to upload an app to your own Zendesk instance that will be accessible to all users within the account, or are you wanting to upload an app that will be available for anyone to download and install to their own Zendesk instances?

  If you're wanting to upload an app so it can be downloaded by the general public, it will need to be submitted as a marketplace app. The link I sent above while guide you through the submission process.

  Hi Tipene, 

  I am able to load my app thru url in manifest.json and when i am clicking on phone number call this number is disabled. I am not able to make call by clicking any number. So how can i enable the number calling in zendesk?

  I think the integration thing is missing i am not sure. But can you help in that. If anyhow i can connect with some developer or any support team for this that would be great. 

  Please help me on this on urgent basis.
