View other agents solved tickets in real-time

Hello, I would like to know how to have the specific add-on that shows solved tickets per agent in the team in real-time. In my previous company, when we worked on a ticket, there was a small window at the top right where we could see how many tickets were solved per agent for that day. Unfortunately, in my new company, I am not entirely sure how to display this option. Thank you

Hey Ben, 

The type of thing you're looking for is not built into the Zendesk UI where agents ticket day-to-day. You'll need to look at utilising Zendesk Explore to see the data you're after here. FYI all agents have access to Explore to see default data inside Zendesk. 

Alternately, you'd need to then look at a 3rd party solution from the Zendesk marketplace such as the Agent Dashboard app - Link below for you.
