New Agent Workspace - Ticket Tab

Ticket tabs for our team work more efficiently with the Ticket Number and the Ticket Subject. At minimum at least add the option to display Ticket Number and Requester Or Ticket Number and Ticket Subject. Doing so would enhance the agents experience.

    こちらの改善は非常に使いにくい改悪ですね！

    今まで表中で利用していた物を変更する際には、

    同意もなく急に変更された印象です。

     

    せめて、表示制限をユーザーが行える機能の実装をお願いします。
