Can I adjust an image attached on the text editor?

I can attach an image on this text editor Zendesk provides. I realized that I cannot adjust the image size. The image seems to be attached to the editor with the full width of the editor.

 

How can I adjust the size? Sometimes our customers want to resize their images when they write requests.

    Hi Tylon,

    If you are referring to the composer when agents are responding to Support tickets, it is possible to adjust inline image size by dragging/moving the image directly. This is for agents/internal users in your account.

    However, when end-users submits ticket (via the ticket form) in your help center, it is not possible to adjust the size of the image from there. You can add an 'attachment' button for them attach files then they can adjust the file size locally then attach it upon submitting the ticket.
