Is there a way to search on the "Zendesk Support" Activity in Jira?

developers want to use Jira to search support information directly so they don't have to jump between the two tools.

    The Zendesk Support in Jira can only see the linked ticket details such as status, priority, and type and all communications with a customer by viewing the Zendesk ticket comments in Jira.
     


     
    The Jira integration can link, track, and sync information between Zendesk tickets and Atlassian Jira issues. However, as a Jira user, they can only view details about tickets linked to your issues, and add comments to linked tickets.
