I have Brand A and Brand B

I've created an answer bot for Brand B but when I try to link an article only articles from Band A help center appear

Hi Cristiano, 

When you create your Messaging bot, please make sure you select the correct brand in your settings:


In your case, if you are only seeing articles from Brand A, I suspect the brand selected for your bot is Brand A instead of Brand B.
