Can't find the 'Summarize' button or feature

I've turned on the feature, but the summarize button isn't available.

Hey Supervisor, can you confirm you followed the instructions in this article? Using generative AI to summarize and enhance ticket comments (EAP)
 
After enabling and hitting the Save button, you may need to do a refresh in your browser for it to show up.

Hi Brett, 

Yes I did, I'm able to see the Enhance Writing in my view, but not the Summarize button. Please see the screenshot.

Hey Supervisor, the Summary button is located in the Intelligence panel. You can access it from the right-hand side context panel by clicking on the wand icon, see it here.
