Issue on restoring our company Account

dear ZenDesk Support,

in December we had payment issues that, for unknown reasons, we were not able to fix and our account has been closed. Our account number is 187895.

We opened the ticket #12145213 with no answer yet.

We're looking forward some (urgent) feedback on how to proceed.
