Bot - no preview for articles with log-in restriction

We would like to test the Gen AI functions of Zendesk in our test environment.
To do this, we need to use articles that are only accessible to logged-in users.
At the moment, these articles can be found by the bot, but the bot displays the following message:
"Restricted article
You can only view this post if your account has been granted access."
The post has the visibility "Logged in users".
In order to be able to test it properly, this would have to be fixed.

I opened a ticket  for this but was informed that for Beta-Version functionalities tickets will not be supported.
