Error while Importing Tickets using TicketImport api

Assignee: is invalid; Assignee: is not a member of the group
Requester is an End user. Is there a setting that needs to be turned on to be able to assign tickets to anyone?

Hi Behzad! An end-user can not be an assignee to a ticket...only an agent has the requisite permissions for that. If that isn't the issue, I would check to see if you're passing in a group attribute that the assignee isn't a part of. Drop us a line with some more details if you continue to have problems here!
