Grupos privados

Olá, tudo bem? 

Atualmente estou migrando meu time júridico para o Zendesk, os tickets deste grupo será no modelo privado, mas por dentro do processo o ideal era dar visibilidade para o restante da minha operação, mas não gostaria que visualizassem o conteúdo, apenas o ticket na linha do tempo do usuário final. 

 

Seria interessante habilitarem algo neste sentido, facilitaria nossa dinâmica para grupos privados.

Hello, how are you?

I am currently migrating my legal team to Zendesk, the tickets in this group will be in the private model, but within the process the ideal was to give visibility to the rest of my operation, but I wouldn't want them to view the content, just the ticket in the end user's timeline.
 
It would be interesting to enable something in this regard, it would facilitate our dynamics for private groups.
