Auto Assist - Enable rich text formatting

I would like to have the rich text options when I want to edit/add to the Auto Assist message. For example, I can add useful quotes or highlight text in bold. Now, this is not possible. This will cause me to copy the text, turn off Auto Assist, and then paste it to use rich text options.

Missing this option makes me doubt the usability of Auto Assist at the moment. Of course you want Auto Assist to always give the right answer immediately, but some brands in our group work with different procedures, which makes customer quotes for example an important part of the communication to the customer. With Auto Assist you miss this option to quote some text in your comment to the customer.

+1 yes, but not just rich text full WYSIWYG editing.
