Yes before the default was end user before the latest update... now I have to check if the team is not adding staff member, which they did of course by mistake...

Add user by default on staff - can we change by default to end user?
완료Hello, We are adding more often user as end user than Staff member, but the add user screen is by default selecting Staff, this is really confusing, can we set the default to end-user?

Hello, I wish an internal ticket could be added automatically on the Zendesk Ticket when a jira ticket is created. Anyone have an advice how to setup such action? Thanks!
