It's not possible to change the brand of a widget. When you create a widget, it's created based on the brand information, such as the script.
You may want to create a new widget instead for that other brand.

Bonjour Simon!
La solution native dans ce cas, est de créer/modifier un formulaire avec ce champ pré-rempli.
Il vous faudra simplement modifier l'URL de votre formulaire en y ajoutant quelques paramètres, et en l'occurence ajouter le paramètre du champ de système Description.
Vous retrouverez plus de détails et les étapes à suivre dans ce document.
À bien ensuite insérer la nouvelle URL où vous souhaitez le mettre à disposition pour vos utilisateurs finaux.
En espérant que cela puisse vous aider ! N'hésitez pas à revenir vers nous si besoin.

When using the "/" in tickets to insert a macro, agents have indeed the possibility to either select a macro or type the name of the macro needed.
This feedback was actually raised to our team here. I would encourage you to add your own feedback under this post in our community for our Product Managers.
Besides, there is this existing app Advanced Macros by Pythia that may help you for this use case.

This is not only dedicated to, agents who aren't part of the same groups.
Agents in a Group A can transfer chats to other agents part of Group A.
If you're using Agent Workspace, I'd invite you to check this article that explains the behaviours expected when transferring chats. And, if you're handling your chats from the Chat dashboard, you can find more information here.
