+ 1. This is an absolutely crucial gap to be closed. Agents easily overlook the missing email address. There's has to be an error/warning message, or the ability to create a trigger condition.

Hey guys,

why is the trigger "updated via Whatsapp" not working? I'd like to route a ticket to a specific group, based on keywords the customer is using in his initial message. But the trigger I set up doesn't fire. Why would you even offer the above trigger condition if it doesn't do anything?

It's incredibly important to do something about this. We're literally losing out on bookings of customers who submitted their email address with a typo. Just let mailer daemons come through. We can deal with them via the triggers. But not being informed at all, not even in the suspended folder is extremely damaging.

Hi Pedro, I'm aware of the app and we'll be using it for now. However, this is just another app that agents have to get used to, instead of just having this very basic feature out of the box. Every ticketing system I worked with so far offers this.

Incredible that this is still not possible. Very basic feature, which you're sort of already offering via views. Why not for search results?

Agree, we need to be able to delete and redact side conversations. Otherwise the feature is too much of a data security problem.

How can it be that I can't show a date field in the widget? That screws up any prioritisation rule you would create? Doesn't make any sense to me...
