In Zendesk Sell, I have created a subscription for one of my clients and I'd like to see that reflect in the "Revenue this month" in my dashboard.
Is that possible?

Hi all,
I hope you're having a great day today.
From Zendesk Sell, can I create lead automatically from Zendesk Support using a Webbook?
I know of the integration which agents can use but I would like something automatic.
I'm not sure how the API can be used here.
Please help.

Patrick Rieger, it might be that you're not setting your tickets to Closed, rather leaving them in Solved status?
If you do set the automation to close tickets after a certain period of time, even if customers reply to the same email, a new ticket would be created instead of re-opening the same one. This would solve your issue.
