@... - not much of a worry I think but rather wondering why ZD aren't adding the "received at" as attribute given this is a great help for us.
The work around you're providing is kinda tedious given we have so many email address where ticket was originated.
Again, this thread is running for almost 5 years now.

This post was 7 years ago but I guess still no progress nor update if this can be activated. Agents are requester/end user too and this is actually beneficial for us given that we have a lot if internal groups which is not dealing directly with employee but rather with ZD Agents as the requester.
Hope we can activate this soon and not to wait for another 7 years with no solution.

Hey Dave Dyson - post about this was 2 years ago but still no update as to when this will be added nor any alternative attribute we can use in the mean time while awaiting for ZD Team to implement this.

Hello Eugene Orman - we currently now at H2 of 2021 but we still haven't heard anything from the Zendesk team about this request.
As per your comment you will be looking for alternative on the 2nd half of 2020. Kindly give us an update on this request and where it standing now.

We want to know why the group owner is not showing up in Explore even it's generally available on the Guide Field.
Please refer to this ticket 6521378 as one of your consultant mentioned that this isn't available because we are not on Enterprise Plan but well in fact we are since the beginning of time.

Hello Team - I am trying to get a report of those employees who left and have been separated from the company.
While doing this I am doing this report I noticed that one of the attributes is missing which is "WD - Business Process Affected Employee Number". All other family attributes are showing but not this one.
Whilst the "WD - Business Process Affected Employee Number" is under metric.
I was told by your chat team that it is because it's a numeric figure hence showing as a metric but who does measure Employee Number? It is not even logical to think that this is a metric.
Also Ticket ID and Employee ID are both numerical but also reflecting under Attribute so it does not make sense at all.
Hope you can transfer this "WD - Business Process Affected Employee Number" to Attribute as this is not a METRIC at all.

Hi Team,
I understand that there's a 50,000 limitation on Rows Explore can show on a single report but what I can't understand is how a 13,610 Rows cannot be exported in one go.
It's really not efficient for us to splice this into 2 to 3 exports given the minimal number of Rows.
Hope you do something as you are removing Insights soon.

Au Finh Saechao - hope they can associate this with chat as well as we are no longer using talk now. Reporting on online time from Chat Dashboard is kinda tedious.
