Is your redesign really finished ???
The header and titles take so much space that the first screen of every page is basically useless
The right block with related articles is so big !! With a font twice the size of the content ??
Why so many different fonts ? My eyes bleed.
Remember that we need to read all this. Having compact contents and making the most of the space is key.
New colors and design is good. Bad UI is not so good.

And now that we all started to work on it, Sell dataset in Explore are sunsetted.
That's insane !
Just close the damn tool and stop pretending you keep this product in portfolio. I've never seen such a downgrade of features.

I thought this feedback would have been posted years ago, but it looks like it did not.
It's one of the things I think Zendesk miss the most, and that many of our clients (as Zendesk partner) would like to use : the ability to embed Zendesk forms into their website.
Pretty simple and straightforward use case :
- Define a form in the Admin Center (with fields and conditions)
- (TBD) Define font, colors, design elements - new
- Generate a code/script to be added to any website to set-up the form that will automatically create a ticket in Support
When I searched in the Community, I found signs that users were looking for it, like here and there.
The Zendesk answer is : you can always use the Web Widget.
True, but (1) it's not the same experience for the customer and (2) the widget may be sunset at some point, the new messenger getting all the new features and sexy stuffs. So setting up the Web Widget now is not really a good option.
The alternative is : use any form and create a ticket via API. Also true, but requires some additional development and research (for webmaster or developers). So it doubles the work for something that seems very basic.
In the end, I strongly thing this would be a very good additional feature.

This is the one feature I cannot understand why it is missing.
You create your smartlist, you can pick (or unpick) some contacts in it, and you want to update one of your custom fields (e.g. date of next event, segment, industry, whatever).
You can't.
The only things you can update as a bulk are owners and tags. We strongly need to be able to update other properties as a bulk.

Zendesk Sell is good on users rights, when it's regarding Contacts or Deals management.
When looking at "admin" rights, no option anymore. Here are a list of things that require to be an admin, which in most cases you would like to avoid :
- Creating smart lists templates (!! why is that not available to users ?)
- Importing contacts
- Exporting contacts
These are cases where we would strongly need some custom rights for certain users, without having to create as many admins as there are managers.

Does anyone knows if there is a time limit to the tag autofill feature ?
It looks like tags that have not been used for a while are not suggested anymore. Is that normal ?

I still do not understand why there is no data sync between Support and Sell contacts databases.
The Salesforce integration with Support is a clear example, developed by Zendesk, of how it should work and look like.
One answer given by the head of product was that the data model of leads and contacts did not fit the Support Data Model. But a proper integration should be able to manage that.
I join Walter Renkema : this is a huge stop when trying to sell or position Zendesk Sell vs. the competition. The link with Support is a huge and unexploited leverage that require this database synchronization.

Along with the (missing) ability to define a default dashboard for all/some users, this is a very important need for all kind of clients to pre-set the environment of their team.
Therefore having these Master Smart Lists, managed by an admin, and automatically distributed to the users (that should not have to add a list then use a template) is a huge point.
