It would save us a lot of time and admin if there was a way to automatically merge tickets based on the ticket subject.

Any chance we can make this happen with a trigger, automation or macro?

It would be great if we could have a view on the tickets that we are Followers, as it's very annoying and time-consuming to have to search for the tickets that I'm following every time.

It would be amazing if we could override the 12 views limit in the sidebar, we can fit more there and it's a shame that we can't use that space when we need it.
