Hi,
When I bulk import organizations, if the import includes an organization in a different case than an existing account in Zendesk then it will duplicate the account.
example
1. CUSTOMER A
2. Customer A
If i bulk import number 1 and number 2 already existed in Zendesk, it will duplicate the account so i have number 1 and 2 in Zendesk. However if i was to add number 1 as you would normally to add an organization, and number 2 already existed it would tell me this organization already exists and would not allow to duplicate the account.
Please can this be reviewed so we don't have duplicate accounts being imported?

Hi,
I have 2 email addresses and 2 groups associated with 1 brand, I have switched on the "apply email to group mapping on all open tickets" and then set up my default email addresses for my groups correctly, however my ticket seems to be sticking with the 1 group and not switching automatically when a the ticket is moved to the other group and this group replies. So will we have to manually update the "select an address" when more than 1 group is associated with a brand?
