We at SoFi also would like to see this. We are dependent on our CS POC to let us know when something is coming that isn't within the Release Notes.

I agree with most people. 

We would like a way to hide or "mark as done" (and have it go away or be archived) on the "Updates to your tickets" feature.

When you install this app you can only export articles from your default brand. You cannot select which brand to export articles from. This is useless for multi-brand users. The only way around this is to switch the default brand which is not ideal.

We also would like the ability to customize the URLs of the articles, sections, and categories. This would help out IT department map to the URLs much easier.
