I raised this issue 3 years ago and nothing has been done to improve it, come on Zendesk, it's not acceptable.  I have to export the data and create a new graph in Excel each and every time which is such a waste of time.

Why is dynamic content for chat shortcuts not supported in the New Agent Workspace?  Do Zendesk want us to use macros instead?

It would be beneficial to have a function that allows you to pull a report that lists articles that contain links to other articles and what those links are.  At the moment, you have to go into each article to see if there is a link or not which is a time consuming task.

A number of our retailers use Bazaarvoice Connections for their customer's questions and reviews whereby a question/review posted by a customer appears in the Bazaarvoice portal and this can then be responded to by either the retailer or the manufacturer.  As the manufacturer we want to get to the question before the retailer to ensure the customer gets an accurate response.  At the moment, the Bazaarvoice questions come into Zendesk as an email and we then have to log into the Bazaarvoice portal to respond to the question.  It would be great to have an integration so that we can respond from within Zendesk.

As we are approaching the end of Q3 I'm wondering where Zendesk is at with Sharing live interactive dashboards outside Zendesk?  Look forward to hearing an update.

Totally agree with Breona, this type of report should be available as we want to monitor usage by agent to ensure all are using them.  Please give this consideration Zendesk.
