Would love to see the ability to edit the emails that are sent from Guide.  The biggest ask from our customers is the ability to unsubscribe.  If I tell them to log in to our Help Center, find the article, click "unfollow", I promise you 0% of my customers will do that — it's just too much work and a pain in the butt for them.  Adding an "unsubscribe" link is a big need for us as it's in every email with every other company.

Wow, can't believe this feature request will be turning 12 in a couple of weeks.  It's almost a teenager!  Time sure does fly!  @... are there any updates on when this is being rolled out?

@... where do we stand with this?  Can you kindly push for this to be added to your product roadmap?  Again, a lot of enterprise customers block YouTube and Vimeo, so we need another solution to host our videos for our Zendesk help center.

Please add support for Kaltura videos in the web widget.  A lot of enterprise customers block YouTube and Vimeo links because they don't want their employees goofing off while at work.

+1 for this feature request.

 

I can't believe it's been 4 years since this thread started and Zendesk still hasn't built this into their product.  Then again, I've seen a request that went on for 10 years and when people started commenting that one of their competitors added the feature, ZD shut down the thread for any new comments.

 

Zendesk, maybe listen to your paying customers as we have some really great ideas and want to keep using your product.  Otherwise, what's keeping us here?
