Hi…I currently use dynamic content to display placeholder text in the search field on the category page. The placeholder currently displays “Search this category” in the selected language. To improve usability, I'd like to display the designated category name in the placeholder. For example if the user selects a category in guide called ProductX, the search placeholder should display “Search ProductX” in the appropriate language. Does anyone know how this can be accomplished? Dynamic content only seems to support the addition of user- and ticket-related placeholders.

Thanks, Kay. I do know where additional languages are available for addition but Italian (Swiss) is not an option. The only variant is Italian but I specifically need the swiss version which is an available language in guide.

Why is it that some languages supported by Guide are not supported by localization in the Admin Center. I have a help center with Italian (Switzerland) as one of the language added in guide, but there is no option to add it in my localization settings? Since it's not available in the localization settings, I can't add Italian (Switzerland) as a variant for one of the dynamic content elements I'm using in guide so it displays in the default language selected in Guide. The frustrating part is that I have to get the feature voted on to get it added which is unlikely since it's not a popular language. You would think there would be a one-to-one match in Guide and localization settings but apparently that is not the case.

Italian (Switzerland) is a supported language in Guide but it is not included as a selectable language in Account > Localization, therefore, I am unable to include a dynamic content variant for that specific language. As a result, users with Italian (Switzerland) selected as their default in their browser are seeing dynamic content elements added in Guide displaying in English.

The article above states the following:
"When you set up user mapping, users from the specified email domains are automatically added to this organization when they submit a request for the first time or register. "
This statement implies that new accounts with that email domain will be added to the organization when they submit a reques for the fist time or register, however, I found out the hard way this statement is absolutely untrue. All existing users created prior to me adding the domain were automatically assigned to the organization. According to the article:
"Important: If a user from the specified domain submitted a ticket before user mapping was configured, you must add them to the organization manually. They won't be added automatically."
Can Zendesk please clarify how things are supposed to work for existing users?

Does anyone have a suggestion on how to add an article updated timestamp on Promoted Article items listed on the homepage of the default template?
