 hi,

Is used to use a firefox/chrome addons a lot to quickly replace some texts in macro's. Just tiny bits of text, I do not want to setup a lot of new macro's for one or two words. The addon is called 'Find & Replace for Text editing'.

Since a few days this addon does not work in Support. The complete addon is not broken, it works in Zendesk Guide, but not in Support. Also other similar tools have problems to replace text in Support.

Is this something which can be fixed?

hi Christophe. About the search dashboard. On the helpcenter (of funda.nl) it says I have 0.0% clickthroughrate. Google analytics tells a different story. Any clue why this is happening?

The mobile SDK is showing figures on the CTR.

At funda.nl we switched for CSAT to Usabilla. I think that's far more convenient, via Usabilla I also collect the reasons why people (do not) like the content. Only the app (limited amount of votes) is still with the standard Zendesk CSAT functionality.

If you stay with Zendesk I would advise to use the API and convert the raw data into a CSV file:
https://.zendesk.com/api/v2/help_center/votes.json?page=1&per_page=100

You can convert your raw data via such a tool:
https://konklone.io/json/

The item ID is the article ID. Once you copied your data to excel and change the format of the dates a bit (so excel can understand them) you just run a pivot table.

Yes, pasting the GTM script in document.head.hbs should do the trick. You also need the header.hbs ofcourse... (like what the article advises).

I would love to have the votes integrated in Zendesk Explore. With a large set on articles it is needed to have a broader view.
