This is a major weakness of Sell, that there is no lite agent provisions for collaboration internally.  Communication is outside of Sell, so comments are either missed or have to be manually added to the deal by an agent.  Additionally, allowing support users to see documents uploaded to the Deal, would eliminate the need to download, the send an email outside of Sell for comments and feedback from the team when developing a quote.  There have been few if any upgrades to the platform over the last few years, so curious why this important upgrade would not be something Zendesk would integrate.

댓글Views, ticket status, and ticket fields

This response only tells the process.  It doesn't answer the question of WHY do we need to add a tag on these custom fields.  We don't want to add them in this fashion.  It interferes with our custom views and how those views are capturing tickets.

What is the latest on adding side conversations to the mobile app.  As with all other previous comments, this is a pretty important feature that is lost with agents that are in the field and using the Mobile app exclusively when on the road.
