If the initial ticket contains an attachment, is there any way to include the attachment in the CC notification email?

Laura Hippert. This doesn't work either. The "person" field brings up both the first and last names, just like the field in the smart list that says "contact." It is no different.
It is unbelievable to me that we cannot access the first and last name (separate) fields!

Hello, I recently have seen tags that are added by "Web Service." What does this mean and how to control it? These added tags are artificially changing the Updated date and make it appear as if there has been recent activity.

I have a quick question, does the Events view show that a ticket was originally suspended? Does it show the date it was recovered and who the name of the agent that recovered it?
If not, these would be excellent features to add. Thank you!

Hello @...,
I have a few questions about drill through.
1) Is there a way to export the drill through for all of my results in a query? My query has 5 columns of data. Do I have drill through each column and export or can I get the drill through data for all 5?
2) My second question has to do with exporting photo attachments from our tickets. We sell physical products and we use ZD for our warranty support. Our customers must submit a photo of a defective product in order for us to send them a free replacement. Our Quality Assurance team wants a report that shows the ticket data including the photo attachments to help us diagnose production issues and improve our products. How can this be achieved?
3) My last question is more an observation about the the horizontal bar graph option for Visualization Type - The horizontal graph does not allow drill through! But the vertical bar graph does. So does the pie chart. It seems strange that one type of chart does not allow drill through. I am not too concerned about this but it is odd and it took me a while to figure out.

Along the same lines, where do these topics come from? I could not find any information about how to create or control these topics. When I checked the Voice Settings in the control panel, there were options to modify Call Outcome but not the Topic.

Hi there, the solution doesn't address the problem of the lack of emails sent information the activity feed. As a user, I would find this useful and the reporting function only gives me a metric, not the specific emails sent.
I don't understand why the activity feed has every type of activity imaginable except for the one that is most commonly used - Email!!!

Hello, I am seeing that communication through Support does not factor in DAYS SINCE LAST COMMUNICATION (DSLC) in Sell. Is this an expected behavior? Ideally, we would like to see the DSLC start over when our CS team replies to a customer ticket in Support.

I also would like to see this functionality. We use a trigger to route tickets to our agent in Europe based on the country. He receives them as open but it would be much better if they could appear as new.
