Support has told us that this is no longer prioritized. Is that true? If so, very unfortunate as we were waiting for this feature. 

We leverage saml to provision users and when an employee leaves it automatically suspends them (though we as admins don't always know this). It would be nice to have a filter on the team view to filter team members who are suspended so we can downgrade them.

Agree with all of the above. We really need to be able to edit the organization on a closed ticket. We had tickets that were misassigned and we want to be able to correct this inaccuracy.

Agreed this is important for us as well.
