게시물 Developer - Zendesk APIs

With this endpoint, I can delete the attachments from closed tickets, however unable to delete attachments from specific merging comment.

It returns an error message "400 bad request" for the merging comment. Below is the API request I run but return error.

Note:

  • Some information is redacted for privacy.
  • The redacted attachment was successfully removed from the original ticket, but not from the merged ticket.

Anyone know how to solve this and use API redact to delete attachments in merging tickets?

Hi Darenne, please refer the example below:

- The table could not show full content (only show to number 5)

 

- When I scroll down to see content of number 5,6, ... the headers disappear.

Without header, it is difficult for reader to refer the content in the column 2 to 4. So is there any way to stick/freeze first row (header) of a table for this case ?

Some my posts in Zendesk Guide have table inserted with multiple rows & columns. When I vertically scroll to the end of table, I can not refer the content belong to which column. 

Is there any way to sticky table header for this usecase?

I have demand on create 2 views: 1 for tickets are created in the morning (from 8am-12pm) and the left in the afternoon (from 1pm-5pm).

Any solution for this?
