Hey Team,
I have been working on the data export and getting to know it slowly. I must say JSON export is great to view the data.
I have a question though, like JSON, where you can define a date range and data type, can we not do the same for XML / CSVs?
When using these options, the text files are way too big to be opened to view. What is the best way to pull/filter the data using a date range/data type for XML / CSVs?

Hi Guys, I have been looking for guides to help me with housekeeping for dead/ inactive users/orgs.
What is the best way to identify old/inactive users and orgs? When I ran a report recently, it brought me 10s of thousands orgs and Users are 10 times more.
Currently, I do not see a filter that helps either a say inactive user or the last logged-in ticket.
Last logged-in info is easy to pull but 90% of users don't log in and send an email to us.
Any assistance will be highly appreciated.

Thank you guys, you made my ZD life very easy. :-)
I followed the steps you have provided, and do see the difference. but the text in the Blue boxes is not visible anywhere. Are they somehow hardcoded?

Hi there,
I am having issues locating the support request form. This is what I see online on our support / KB portal.
But the form that I see in ZD is not as same as above including the field, texts, etc.
All these fields are available when we create a ticket within the ZD using the above form.
I must be looking at the wrong place but I can't find it within Admin Centre. The Admin before me has left the business and I am trying to understand if the online form is limited or can be improved and how?
I will really appreciate it if someone could assist me here, please?

Hey Guys,
Is it possible to pull the JIRA metrics into ZD queries?
Say I need 'JIRA ticket number', 'Date JIRA Created/Linked', 'JIRA Status' etc in my report.
