Having your customers alter the default setting is not a solution, but a workaround.  This issue has been reported for several months now and not fixing this so new users of the survey don't have to go through this nonsense is quite frustrating.  We had only recently turned on this feature and I've already had multiple false negative responses.  If you are confident that there are no false positive results from your suggestion why don't you make this the default programmatically so new users don't have to experience this?
