We're looking to migrate over to Agent Workspaces soon so we were tinkering with our sandbox to see if one of our colleagues, who is blind, will have any issues with the new interface. Everything is more or less ok except for the left most panel (with brand, assignee, and other customer information). He has to tab for a exceptionally long time and still cannot find this panel easily. We believe if the "Show Panel"/"Hide Panel" divider is better labeled, he won't have as much trouble with accessing the left panel.

I asked Zendesk support and the tech suggested using an automation that will look for the three most common Cyrillic letters and tag and close it.

I haven't been able to make it work with automation, triggers, or views but maybe I'm doing something wrong.
