Customers tab: We need options to filter what is displayed. I need to see end-users names, phone number(s), email, tags, time zone and last updated. Below is a screenshot of what can be seen currently.

Per Ticket#11543879 request, I am providing feedback on an end-user report that is not available. I need a report that provides a list of end-user names, all phone numbers, and email addresses. Currently, the report system only displays one phone number. Unfortunately, we have end-users that have multiple phone numbers and I need a way to display all details. The goal, at the moment, is to clean up end-user accounts that have multiple (and often) duplicate phone numbers.

Thanks but that does not help. Due to HIPAA we are not comfortable utilizing a third party just for "signatures".

My question is regarding "Create a proactive ticket" and "Respond to texts within a new ticket": Currently, we have automatic signatures attached when responding publicly. Obviously, this would not work for texting since characters are limited. How do I bypass this just for the texting channel?
