Thank you for your feedback.

So if I use the tag "Question" it will appear as "Ticket"... Then why not just call it "Ticket" from the very beginning?

I guess this is something Zendesk has to figure out :-)

Dear Zendesk team,

Once the a Type field has been selected, it cant be reverted to Type: ticket

In many cases, the status ticket would be the match but it is not possible to return to this status. "Ticket" as some times (issues/topic) is isolated so it is neither a "Problem" nor an "Incident" just simply a "Ticket".

Please make it possible to revert to the instance "Ticket".

It would be easier and better to overview if you could sort the Fields by Brand.

We are now adding our 4th Brand the "Ticket Fields" management is becoming a challenge.

We have currently 3 Brands in Zendesk. It is a mess and rather long list having all "Ticket fields" under one unique list. It would help if the Ticket fields could be assigned to a specific Brand and so create more separation between them.
