Is there an option allow the same value in multiple custom ticket fields. For example, we have multiple applications and different groups that administer them. There is a custom dropdown for each app with possible issues, this helps us keep everything categorized for analytics, and every app needs to have an option for 'Password Reset' . I'm working around the restriction by naming them slightly different, but at some point, my creativity will run out. I know it's possible this is a setting I missed but if not, it would be great for it to be an option.

The add-in used to work. Recently it stopped working because the digital signature is not valid. This was an important tool for our agents because we do not allow users to email tickets to our support group. Very sad to see this is no longer available.
