Back up and restore site

Ability to do a full zendesk backup including: tickets, comments, settings, etc. 

 

Ability to do a full zendesk restore keeping the same ticket ids, putting the system back to a snapshot state of when the backup was taken.

 

I'm surprised that mature shops are able to use the product without this feature.
