Hi there.
I asked this question a couple of years ago and wanted to know if there has been any update to it.
Is there a way to notify someone when they have been added as a CC to an open ticket?

We've added an additional support email and have added the DNS text record. What's strange for us is, that this tool MxToolBox can see the DNS record, however, Zendesk reports that it's missing when I click the “Verify DNS records” button.

For some odd reason, our main support email which customers use to contact us, is also being added as a CC on newly created tickets.
I've checked our triggers and can't see why this would be added.
I would share a screenshot but there doesn't seem to be that option on here anymore.

We were automatically upgraded to agent workspace last week. We didn't like the default layout, so made some changes. We have signed in today and they have reverted to default. I've recreated the layout but it doesn't seem to apply it.
This is what we have applied
But it still has the newest messages at the bottom and the composer box below the conversation.
