hi Salim Cheurfi, what if I have a multi-brand but do not create the Help Center from Admin Center - Brands? where can I find the Brand ID then?

I have 3 languages in my ZD Guide and want to bulk delete the articles in one of the translations but there is no "Article Settings" button on my end. There are only Publication, Assignment, and Review Status.

This feature is only applicable to the ZD Guide with a single language. can you please improve this feature so I can easily bulk-delete the article translation?

It would be great if you could consider the option to check the overview for all brands in tables so we can see how many tickets are created per brand in real time instead of filtering brand by brand. Thanks!

Any timeline when this can be added?

Looking at the comments, ZD clients need this feature and this has been suggested way back 2021.

It would be better if we could add multiple host mapping for each brand just in case we would like to migrate our domain to another without giving any impact to our customer 

Hi just wondering if we could have a feature for auto show data for the last 3 month of a certain date filtered?
I.E if we  choose 1-20 of August
we will also got the same 1-20 of June and July

We definitely need this report on our case we would like to track if agents are proactively requesting a rating 
so we now how many csat/dsat rated by agent requesting a survey or not 

Got feedback from our end user that it would be more convenient if they can do copy and paste of a screenshot when doing a live chat 

It would be great if we can connect Larks with Zendesk as we have several partner across the countries that using Larks for communication
