Hi Gab,
this option is not available, neither in triggers nor automation.
We can only add Agent Accounts within the trigger or automation creation menus.

Hi, is there a way to add a non Agent as Requester or in CC?
We would like to add additional requesters to Tickets.

Hallo,
gibt es eine Möglichkeit mehrere Kunden/User per SMS zu kontaktieren?
Aktuell sehe ich eine SMS an den Aktuellen User, eine SMS an den Requester, eine SMS an den Owner des Tickets oder multiple SMS an einer der Agenten Gruppen.
Auch multiple SMS an einen "Kontakt" mit mehreren zugeordneten Nummern wäre, nicht perfekt aber denkbar.

Today it happened again... A Tech confidently clicked on Merge without realizing that it was cross customer.
And now the cries to turn off the merge feature are becoming louder again. Combined with Zendesk Talk, this ist a great way to increase workload.
Anything new on this 6 year old feature request for a function that should have been standard from year one?

Hi, i add my vote to the bucket.
Just yesterday a college of mine managed to merge several requests from different companies.
Depending on your customer group, this can be the end of your company, imagine merging requests from two high stakes competitors...
This feature request might not have many votes but the frequency of use of your community page should not prevent you from implementing important features, that should have been standard in the first place.
But i am willing to "bump" it into recent topics once a week, so it might get the views and votes.
Feature request from 2012 that just now reached the "planed" stage are not very reassuring.
For the time beieng we will have to deactivate this feature.

I too would kindly like to know if there is any update on this feature?
You just need to forget to set yourself to offline and then you can explain why you lost 50 calls, on your day off.
At least something that registers is the agent is actually online at all would be more than welcome.

Hello Zendesk Community,
since the options for managing views are limited (evryone, members of a group or just myself) i would like to hide certain groups from the request assignment.
It is not practical to have a group show up when its sole purpose is to enable certain views for agents.
Or am i missing an option?
