@...,

Thank you for pointing this out.

I did not see an option for "All failed" in the filter set. I made the assumption that the 'Failed' filter was only for a specific status code instead of any that were not successful.

Additionally, I was having trouble because the particular Invocation ID I was looking for was actually missing completely from the list of activities, and I was unsure why it was missing.

I'm trying to research unsuccessful Webhook Activity in order to troubleshoot.
This would require a filter for Activity where the Response is not equal or does not include/contain "Successful". This simple improvement would be a huge boon and save so much time.

This feature was already available to Targets, in the API section we still have Target Failures. This is perfect for troubleshooting bad requests or finding failure reasons. Please implement something similar for Webhooks. Thanks!

커뮤니티 댓글 Feedback - Ticketing system (Support)

Hello!

This recently came up in our Organization. We would like our end-users to be able to download Requests for their Organization from the Help Center/Knowledge base. The use case is that they would like better filtering options and to view more fields then what is currently available. (i.e. multi-select for the dropdowns and to see the original created date instead of days_from)

I was looking at the Requests API but It would be much more convenient to add a button to the "My Requests" page in the knowledge base that allows a CSV download.

If anyone knows how to accomplish this, please let me know!

Would it be possible to create a new Group such as "Guide Only" (guide/knowledge base/help center) and make sure no tickets are in this group. Then have this be the only Group for those light agents you want to restrict from seeing tickets.

Would this work?

I know that this is marked as "Answered" but we had additional Target Failures on December 15th. Based on the previous response, should I assume that Zendesk had another issue?

Also, if we move to webhooks, would we see a more consistent experience that is less prone to these target failures?

Hello!

Anyone looking to use the Notes or Details field as a Trigger Condition should see my request here: https://support.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/community/posts/4407658323866

The Trigger condition would only need to be "is present" or "is not present", but I could see additional functionality with the use of "contains" and "does not contain".

Hello!

I'm looking to make a trigger based on whether or not the Notes or Details fields are present on the Ticket Organization. These fields are not available to select from the Trigger conditions.

Is there some other work around to check whether these fields have contents then run a trigger or automation on it?

Thanks!

커뮤니티 댓글 Feedback - Reporting and analytics (Explore)

Hello,

For the Excel export on a query or dashboard, there is no way to tell the difference between two or more aggregators on the same Metric column.

In my specific example I want to show both the AVG(First Reply time) and the MED(First Reply Time) and same for resolution time, but on the excel export these columns both just show 'First Reply Time'.

There are several options to update the Column name field, and frustratingly none of them indicate that they will have no effect on the excel export (editing the column name directly, selecting 'show aggregators').

I'm looking for a workaround at this point, potentially creating a custom metric with a duplicate of the calculation just so I can choose a separate name for the export to display correctly.
