Hello zendesk team,
I have an EDITOR profil and a colleague is an ADMIN.
I shared him an EXPLORE dashboard and he can't update the queries in it. and I have the same issue with his dashboard.
We tried to investigate by ourself and we noticed that we used some dataset that we don't share for those queries.
And he doesn't seem to be able to share this dataset with me...
Have you any idea about this issue and have you any idea of how we can resolve it ?

Hi,
I would like to know if it's possible to create a metric or an attribute that can display the informations about the ticket at his creation before any update ?
for exemple i would like to know if the ticket was created first with a High priority. right know i can't find this information because zendesk give me the last update status and if the priority was downgrade I can only see the new priority.

Hi there,
I would like to link two differents filters in my dashboard in order to make it looks "cleaner" and more user friendly.
I have a data filter on the differents ticket oraganizations name ( one organization = one country) and i have an other data filter with custom group for each world area ( America, Asia, Europe...)
I was wondering if it's possible to create a link between the two : When an user select Europe for exemple is it posible for the second filter to display only the country that are in the custom group "Europe" ?

Hello,
I would like to know if in explore there is a solution to apply an automatic filter when an user open the dashaboard ?
i precise my problem : we have differents subsidiary and i would like to create a dashboard in order for them to monitor their tickets acivity. But i would like to create one dashboard with all the information and when an user in Japan for exemple open the dashboard, explore recognize the Japan user and change the filter to display only information about his subsidiary. work the same for a French or Brazilian or american....
I hope i'm clear :)

I'm also interested to find out how i can exclude some value from my querry.
In my case I created a querry to show the tickets in the backlog history per week and per year. For 2020 it's all good, but for 2021 for each futur week I have blank values wich are displayed. I can't find a way to not diplayed them.
You can find a screeshot of my querry.
To be more precise, I would like to see only the data from past week.
Any Help our advices will be apreciated !
