I agree with Bonnie. I've been promoted out of the role that needed this, but I get updates and frankly it's embarrassing that you're still talking about this yet nothing happens. What's it been now, over four years?? 

I have to wholeheartedly agree with Olivier Degardin on this. I'm not even in the role that requires this job any more, however I eagerly watch this thread to see if Zendesk will fulfil a LONG OVERDUE feature request that, surely cannot be too complex?

I'll continue to follow. I wonder if I'll get another job again before Zendesk deliver?

We already pay for Zendesk, so you'd need to get them to pay you ;)

I'm disappointed to see that after seven months or more of following this thread and receiving updates on it, what seems to be a clear and simple request in the original post (to duplicate content) seems to be either difficult to implement, or perhaps unclear in the impact and value it could have. 

Hoping this reaches a positive outcome soon!

Seems asking for this is a waste of time, as it's been frequently asked for what appears to be 4+ years.

Maybe sharing why this isn't yet available would foster some understanding from us frustrated Administrators? ;)
